I think that was because our entry wasn't complete and utter crap for once. as well as the fact the BBC had promoted her for eurovision as a winner so people were slightly more interested, but yes let's hope it will happen again this year.

Plus she had radio backing and music channels literally looping COTU. Let's hope the hype around 2016s get the same. They are more well known than Molly at least xD

That's exactly what happened. People really did believe it was a potential winner so they jumped on the bandwagon, radio, music channels, etc. The song reveal really did make it look like a winner and following two has been oldies made Molly look it even more so. Its amazing just how perfect it all looked on the reveal only to completely collapse at ESC itself when they didn't have the ability to cut and paste the best parts of multiple takes

Listening to it on spottily at the moment, I can't tell if anything has been done to it.

Does anyone know whether the songs from Dulcima, Darline or Bianca are/will be available to buy?

Sony want the song to be an international hit.

Reading that immediately made me think "great, this record label will be getting a revamp of the song", then I read "and You're Not Alone is an outstanding song." all hope immediately lost. If they want it to be a hit (good luck to them, they'll need it) then hopefully it means they're going to be involved in the eurovision process and promoting the song and making sure it's staged well. xcrossed

Well that video is a BORE-FEST... At least it's nice to have some visuals with the studio version though.

I think it´s not that bad. Yes, it´s bland and inoffensive, but I still like it better than some similar entries in the competition. 5 points for now.

Very glad J&J got a contract, hopefully they will have success in the future :D

The music video is not impressive, it looks like it might have been put together by some film students at uni. Anyway, I hope it shows that the BBC intends to go simple on the staging in May, if they try to be impressive but fail at it like they have in the past it looks far worse than just not bothering at all.

Sorry but the music video is terrible. It doesn't fit to the song and makes it even weaker than it is already.

After listening to some other songs of this year's contest, I think this song, which is quite nice tbh, is too simple and not offensive enough to win it. I'd say 15th-20th place.

The liveversion is quite strong imho. They should try some other stage effect than the coloured hearts though. Less is more with this song. The boys themselves have a great chemistry together that is making me smile. They seem to have fun - something I am so much missing this year. Most contestants seem to reel their task off without entertaining much. As for the music - well, I really like the melody and the instruments. I am a big fan of Britpop. You're not alone reminds me of Manic Street Preachers with Eskobar (Swedish band).

I really don't believe there is any foul play at hand such as vote fixing, because they could still reveal a voting break down and that be an incorrect one. They just don't want to release it end of, Other broadcasters don't do it? so why is the BBC being hounded about not releasing it?

I didn't mean you, sorry if you thought that. If you go on their Facebook page etc the comment sections are full of people complaining at the voting results not being released, or that is what I've seen anyway.

Also, it's not like it's an out of character thing for the BBC to do. The last time they released the full voting break down of how many votes were cast was in 1998 and before that 1995, since then every NF either had only a partial breakdown of the voting results or no voting breakdown released at all.
