How isn't "You're Not Alone" a serious entry?

It's not a serious entry because it's cheesy as hell and the boys who sing it are annoying and overreact all the time while singing it.

The UK was unlucky with their result in 2014 with Molly (she should have been top 10 in the final) and I think it's gonna happen again this year. The only difference is that this year's entry hasn't been massively hyped.

Idk why everyone things this is a definite flop, I mean, nobody thinks it will go on to win.. but I think they could place anywhere from 11th to 24th, its too early to tell imo. It's worth saying that casual viewers will probably like this a lot more than the hardcore eurofans do. Some songs (eg Spain) will also not do as well as we might think now.

I think J&J may well flop but if we're going off the song itself, that would be very unjust, and that's the important thing to remember. It satisfies everything the Europeans have asked us to send in a Eurovision entry, if it still flops, well so be it. It's not our fault nor J&J's fault xshrug

The United Kingdom is simply not a popular country in Eurovision. Not saying that's necessarily to do with politics, but it's just not a popular country in this particular contest. The same applies to France, and is why their entry which though fantastic this year, may well flop too.

Sorry, but let me ask you a question: in what universe is even remotely allowable that Bianca loses to fucking Joe and Jake?!?! She should've won the NF hands down!!

The song is nice and the lads also. I do hope they do well, but I fear the support might once again be lower than deserved.....

I just think this is one of those "I like it but not enough to vote for it" type of entries.

I think this is an entry that is not good enough to be loved and not bad enough to be hated by many. They need great staging to be remembered.

If it flops, it's because the UK voters went for the wrong song, and also because the BBC came up with a terrible selection of songs in the first place. Even the best ones sounded amateur.

The UK will become popular at Eurovision when it starts taking it seriously. This year's NF was hilariously awful (not just songs, but production quality) and proves the BBC still don't give a flying shit about the contest.

Poor woman. She died in 1944. Had she lived a few years longer, she could have become a Eurovision legend. xqueenbitch

I ABSOLUTELY A - D - O - R - E her!!!!

Not exactly for the musical quality of her singing, but she's legend!
