This was the most awful moment of ESC this year in general. SOOC

For sure there were worst songs (Lithuania and Georgia) but the whole package is so repulsive, I didn't know Europe would buy a woman-wannabe with a beard...

Maybe many people just listened to the song and to the staging instead of that tiny detail of the beard. Maybe we bought the song.

Conchita has said countless times that she does not want to be a woman. She is a drag queen not a transwoman also you cannot say that Conchita cannot sing. Conchita had the best performance of both semi finals and calling her "repulsive" only makes you look bad.

Everything is fine but I hate the fact that everyone write that Austria dresses up woman clothes and have beard and is cool and Polish women dressed in national clothes are whores... I just don't get it. I have nothing aginst Conchita but the press and people shock me.

It's the "haters" who constantly mention the beard. And the appearance of the polish girls as well. Others usually focus on the song and performance itself ;)

It's not the national dress, it's the fact that the women are then bending over purposely to show off their cleavage. (Not that I was offended at all, this is just the reason).

Not accepting the abnormal makes someone bad today. Oh this world...
I prefer to be bad than accepting whatever they serve me, thanks!

Like the polish girls were the only ones that showed their cleavage... People make fuss out of nothing. Soon they'll say Conchita is sexy, Polish girls (or any other women in the contest that are dressed like woman) are not...

Two different cases here and not everyone says Conchita is cool. We have enough people hating on her, it will take you a min to log on youtube and realise that for yourself. I personally only like the ethnic bits of the Polish song, the rest is not to my liking. And yes I guess I'm also one of those people who think that the ''soft-porn'' thing is a bit too much. Nevertheless congrats to Poland on qualifying.

Oh, dear, you see, "good" and "bad" are completely subjective values. You talk about not accepting the abnormal... What is "normal"? The majority? Which "abnormalities" don't you accept either? People with Down syndrome are not normal (as they are just few); I guess you don't accept them, or even find them repulsive too. Red-haired people aren't normal either; I guess you don't accept them... We could get some more examples.

From the moment you say openly that you dislike this because you just want the people to be heterosexual (for religious or whichever reasons), you will feel freed. There's no need hiding! Say it: "I hate this entry because of the beard, regardless the music, the lyrics, the staging". You'll feel freed. Sad that maybe you would really like this entry if sung by a woman. So sad.

Man with long hair and a beard, dressed in a gown, singing about being reborn. Anyone else getting the Jesus-vibe?
