A few days ago Tom Neuwirth aka Conchita gave this powerful performance in front of castle Schönbrunn. Sorry, the cell phone video shows only a glimpse of that magical moment.

And the conductor is Christian Kolonovits. In the 80ies he was quite involved in Austria's Eurovision entries.

I've just done a way-too-infrequent RLAP rewatch, and even for one of the most well-celebrated Eurovision entries ever, there has not nearly been enough coverage/hype over the years for how deeply aware Conchita Wurst is of where the camera is at all times. Just...stares right into my soul in every single moment. Does not put a foot wrong or miss a single chance to connect with the audience. Really underrated factor, I think, in its well-deserved televote landslide.
