LOL, Rybak has even said in the interview after his victory at MGP that his and Johnny Logan's birthdays are at the same day (13th May). I guess he really hopes for the victory and breaking Salvador's record ( since he was obsessed with his own record in 2009, whenever in the past years someone won - Jamala, Mans, he pointed on his facebook page that he still holds the record ).

I don't see Norway winning, but it will get a MAHOOSIVE crowd reaction, and will be Top 10 for sure, challenging for Top 5 depending on the staging of other songs. This song doesn't really need complicated staging as I think the viewers will vote for Rybak's showmanship

After some time I'm pretty sure now that Rybak got 100% inspired by "Love Love, Peace Peace" - I mean he even appeared on that... But in the end his idea of doing something similar and having a great comeback with that simply turned into one big train wreck... I mean he doesn't even tell us how to write a song in the lyrics, its just so ridiculous! + The violin part is almost exactly the same as in LLPP...

I really can't see many people responding to this, they will just have that cringy "ugh" moment...

Well, Yodel it was silly and cringy last year, and it came before Francesco's good song in televoting, so there is possibility that this can do also very well, it is stupid, but music is catchy! I wouldn't like it to happen, no way, I would like this out of final, but everything is possible in ESC, and songs like this tend to be successful...

For me he wasn't and I think 6th place is too low for him, I would put it at least at top 3, song-wise, performance was not perfect. "Yodel it" is pure trash compared to Francesco's lyrical masterpiece and cleverness. My opinion, don't hate me. -O-

Francesco was good (it was on my top 10) but still extremely overrated by fans! People outside fans don't vote for lyrics i believe! Also it was in italian and most people that vote in the GF don't know italian!

That is true about language and all, people who watched it that night, outside of us from fanbase, haven't at all understood that message and the whole performance, they thought he and gorilla were clowns. It is really sad, but that is the truth that happened back then.

I wouldn't call Yodel It cringy... I didn't like it but I got why many people enjoyed it! It was very original and just fun!

Rybak though is acting like the total champ of Eurovision (or even the whole music business) if you take his entry serious, if you just see it as a joke entry it fails miserably IMHO... Very VERY simple composition, nothing new, wannabe cool staging...

I wouldn't be surprised either simply because it's Rybak and he has a great stage presence... By now I just see more people reacting to it in a negative way than totally loving and voting for it!

Rybak will easily get to top 10 i believe! Even with this terrible song his staging will propably be amazing and at the same time many people will vote for him just because he is Rybak.
