For me the Juryvoting was 0 Political. Austria was also my #1, while I had Cyprus, Bulgaria, Estonia, Israel, Sweden as well in My Top10

netta had a MUCH better performance in the final, it was very visible and did not go unnoticed. didn't everyone say she wasn't going to win after the semi? if she kept her performance that way she really wouldn't lol.

But at the same time, Croatian televote results in the semis were as followed: 12 pts to Cyprus, big fat zero to Israel yet Israel was trending in top 5 in Croatia on Youtube while Cyprus wasn't even trending. HRT eggsplain!!!

Austrian jury gave 12 to Israel and 0 to Cyprus in both semifinal and final.
Israeli jury gave 12 to Austria and 0 to Cyprus in both semifinal and final.
Cypriot jury gave 3 to Austria in semifinal, 2 to Austria in Final. Cypriot jury gave 12 to Israel in semifinal, 0 in final.

We'll have to wait to see the jury vote breakdown before seeing how low the Austrian and Israeli juries voted Cyprus in both semi/final but clearly something happened here with Cyprus' jury to give 0 points to the country they gave 12 to in the semi.

The fact that CYP Jury gave 0 pts to ISR and ISR Jury gave 0 pts to CYP is all the proof you need to have to understand how stupid it is to have those 5 glorified idiots from each country.

4 Cypriot jury members had Israel in their top 10 tho? I think it unfortunately ended up 11th place bc of the new jury voting system, they didn't kill it on purpose.

I would love to see a calculation of average placement ISR got from female juries and male juries. Why? To see if the female juries acted like jury members or acted like females.

Netta finished 1st, and 5th with the male jurors for an average of 3.

Just to see if the #metoo movement that was tagged heavily to ISR entry played an important part. Because I feel female jury members are more likely to be affected by it and give ISR entry higher placement because of that. To which you could ask ... so what? And to answer before you do ... Jury`s job at least on paper is to be "experts" and first of all value quality of the music. If they start to act like males/females more affected by sth else they do not do their work ... at which point having them is pointless.
