Grace Carters song 'Pick Your Tears up' release has been pulled forward for tomorrow evening at 19:00 apparently. Tomorrow was also the day Space Man was released a year ago.

I hate that shes been thrown around as rumour at all because from what i hear of the song I hate it. She has some great songs, this seems to be far from it.

Here she is singing 1 minute of it on Tik Tok [[LINK]]
Girl what is it with artists picking their most average song to compete in ESC

I know Lee Smithurst isn’t part of the UK delegation in 2023 but I can’t see them dropping the ball. They literally said they want to win ESC and TaP Music know they have to deliver without comparisons being made to Sam.

I don’t like that Grace Carter song at all and the 1 minute snippet is boring AF.

Last year they released Space Man early to try and get people to like the song without people thinking “eurgh eurovision!”. That stigma doesn’t exist so much this year so unsure if they will release it early. You’ll always get people who say “WHO?”.

I’m seeing rumours now that this is the Rina song for Liverpool. A lot of people don’t like it but I’m actually obsessed. Imagine the visuals!!!

I feel like Rina has better songs for Eurovision (but agree that the visuals could be amazing). I would have loved it to be Hold the Girl, but that was released just before the September deadline.

Still really hoping it's her because I think she would be such a great choice,

I swear to god, I will renounce my British citizenship if it ends up being that song. Grace has some good songs but my god that is NOT the one.

I don't imagine this will be an artist announcement, it will probably be about hosting or ticket sales.

I will be so annoyed, primarily because she has some truly amazing songs, unless the rest of her song is spectacular the bits we've heard is massive flop.

Oh jesus I feel like its that Grace Carter song. 😶😶😶😶😶
So glad this was just for the hosts announcement - and clearly that was the "big news" Zoe Ball was meant to have yesterday. I'm worried about the breakdown you're going to have when Grace Carter is revealed as our entry o_O

In terms of the hosts - nice that they've included a Ukrainian host, Hannah is a bit of random choice but she's cool, and speaks very proper from what I've heard in the past. Alesha Dixon I can take or leave tbh.

So is Graham going to be on-stage presenting for the final, or have they just mentioned him as he'll be commentating. I will miss his quips tbh, but since we were hosting this year, I'd have thought the BBC might have just said, dya know what, let's not have sarcastic quips all over the intros and intervals, we'll let our viewers enjoy the shows as they were intended to be enjoyed. So I say let's have a commentator free final Mr. Beeb. xpray

AFAIK Graham will only be involved in the Grand Final. He will do both roles but Mel will do the commentary when he is on stage.

I do wonder if this will remain like that as Måns Zelmerlöw spoke on Eurovision Cast and thought Graham trying to do both was a disaster waiting to happen but maybe it will be limited on stage presence.

Will it be worse than the Electro Velve reveal? I'm not sure.

To be fair at least Elector Velvet had a reveal. All Sam really got was "Oh BTW, that Sam Ryder guy we were playing last week? He is doing Eurovision next week. Now the weather-".

I apologise for getting into a little mini frenzy over it possibly being that dish cloth of a song from Grace Carter. 🙃 In my defence I've been awake since 5 with basically no sleep. It's hard to shake the worry that Sam was actually our Schulte moment and not actual change.
