So apparently Jamala has performed in Russia since the war broke out and her parents who live in Crimea has taken Russian citizenship? If this is true then Jamala is cancelled for being a hypocrite.

Anna-Maria's parents are having posts in Crimea government and have received medal for "Return of the Crimea". That makes bigger difference.

Nope, her parents didn't take Russian citizenship - Russia made everyone in Crimea Russian citizens automatically :?
She performed at 2 corporate parties because if she refused she would paid a lot of money as a fine. The management persuaded her to perform. She has never performed there since 2014.

Actually, Jamala's question was valid because journalists ask these kind of stuff. That was not an issue. The issue was the way the question was asked: it was something between cringy, humoristic and dicusting.
