Too bad we lost this match as well, as we were much better than 2 weeks ago against the same rival. We were tactically disciplined from the first minute until the last and the only black out was in the period between 60th and 70th minute, and an experienced team like Besiktas knew how to use that, and in that period exactly we conceived two goals. We managed to return and had a great chance for a tie as well, but all in all, I am not disappointed because we played well and gave our best against the team who is better than us.


Anyway, this is over for us, now we should focus on the national championship where the priority is to win the title of course, and we should try to get some points if we can in the 2 remaining matches against Tottenham and Asteras.

Great performance from our team, just like in the first match against the same rival. With this play we deserved to stay unbeaten once again, but perhaps it is not realistic not to lose at least 1 of the 2 matches against the team that is much better than us.

But all in all, we were great and we were equally as good as Tottenham. We didn't defend and we had a lot of chances. I don't remember that any team recently had so many chances against them, and it is just too bad we didn't use one of them. Whoever was on White Hart Lane last night........they could have enjoyed the match and the performance from the both teams.


If we had more matches like this, we would've had better results in the European cups.

And that's the end of our European nightmare.
3rd time in a row we conceive a goal in overtime play, and that makes 5 lost points due to not being concentrated throughout 93 minutes. Our team is a disgrace and tbh I fear for our upcoming game against AaB on sunday who impressively managed to win against Steaua Bucharest.

Regardless of his achievements in CL a few years ago Ståle Solbakken is currently ruining the club. Too bad it's only the fans who are not too blind to see that.

The results is unfair, as it should've been like 12 - 1 for us, but it's kind of a revenge since in the first match Aalborg deserved the victory and we won 6 - 0 instead. Now, it's kinda impossible to ge trough as we have to beat Dinamo Kiev and hope Aalborg doesen't win at Rio Ave.

Great result by Astra! Not that it counts but ay least they sent home the only team that humiliated them in this European campaign.

I said that it will be hard for Liverpool being with Real and Basel, especially Basel. I think Liverpool would have charted a lot better against Juventus instead. It is what it is now and it seems like the season is a lost cause too.
