I think that Rapid are sure qualifiers even if they get 0 points from the matches with PSV! I must aplaude the Rapid fans for putting a banner for Steaua's former player Mihaita Nesu who can barely move his head after he broke his spine (

Yeah, Rovers lost, but the result wasn't important. The fact that they are in the Group Stages is just phenomenal. Yeah, it would have been sensational to see them get a point from this game, but to be honest it really doesnt matter. They're there, and they made the best of their big night in the spotlight. Congrats Rovers!

It's a complete mystery how we manage to win while still playing like absolute crap at the moment. Boring match, but we managed to win and we're leading in the group. After all that's what counts.


Wisla Krakow - OB 1-3

Great effort by OB once again. Despite being an FCK-fan I really admire their european results recently. I wish them luck except in the domestic league.


Both Danish teams are now leading their groups, so it couldn't be better.

FC Villarreal 0-2 FC Bayern München
Bayern München played very well and deserved the victory. The first step to the participation in the CL-final in Munich next year.

FC Chelsea 2-0 Bayer 04 Leverkusen
Leverkusen also played quite nice, but you have to play very well to beat Chelsea. So Chelsea won 2-0 with goals of David Luiz and Mata.

Borussia Dortmund 1-1 Arsenal London
With a lot of luck, Dortmund played 1-1 against Arsenal. They deserved more than only a tie, but at the end, the 1-1 was quite lucky, because Perisic made the goal only a few minutes before the end of the game

Europa League:

Steaua Bukarest 0-0 Schalke 04
Schalke didn´t play very well. They are the favorite of the group, but also Steaua can play a good role there.

Hannover 96 0-0 FC Kopenhagen
Hannover, Liege and Kopenhagen. This three teams might fight for two places to reach the next round in this group. So a tie against Kopenhagen wasn´t that bad many people said. But I expected more.

Hm, well I have to tell, although I didn't have any big expectations from the beginning, I am sorry because the both goals are received ratherly "cheap".... some threatens for Lyon's gate before the end from Dinamo's side (Vida was great) but it was all.....I don't know, Dinamo still didn't find its "game technique" obviously.....now I don't know, I am aware that the 2nd round is probably lost but some chances for the 3 rd place still exist (against Ajax).....

Yeah, I was shocked. The defence needs to shape up, the performance yesterday wasn't good enough, especially not in the Champions League. Might get hard to win the group now, but I still don't think United will fail completely in the group stage. A 2nd will make the road towards the final harder tho.

If Bate lost 0-5 home to Barcelona, I wonder how much they gonna loose away. They kinda played better in the second half. In the first half they had only 20% of the ball possession and they were defending like San Marino.
Congrats to APOEL on their 4th point. Nobody expected that they would do so well, but right now they look like contenders for the top2 places in the group. Well done to Trickovski for the goal.

Disaster, disaster disaster! Ajax Amsterdam 2 - 0 GNK Dinamo Zagreb!!

But in the same time, not very unexpected. This group is obviously too strong for Dinamo, I don't think they have some big chances after this, so December will probably mean the end of their playing in Europe (for this season). Cheers!
