^^ Fenerbahce is the master of chicanery! Turkish Football Federation tried to protect them and covered up their crime but UEFA didn't ofc.

"The UEFA Emergency Panel has decided to replace Fenerbahçe SK with Trabzonspor AŞ after the Turkish FA withdrew Fenerbahçe from the 2011/12 UEFA Champions League. The UEFA Emergency Panel also decided that Trabzonspor AŞ would be replaced in the UEFA Europa League by its opponent in the play-off, Athletic Club. The UEFA Europa League play-off second-leg match between Trabzonspor AŞ and Athletic Club, scheduled for Thursday 25 August, is cancelled."

Ok. Let's see Barcelona give 6 to Otelul...

So! You would prefer to lose 2 times with 0-2 against Bayern then lose 0-6 against FC Barcelona? I prefer the 2nd option because it would bring more mo0ney to the club + Messi would come to Bucharest :D

Yes! I want FC Barcelona, AC Milan and Manchester City! :D
A group like FC Porto, CSKA Moscow and BATE Borisov would be soooooooooooooooooooo ugly! xpuke

Horrible group! Now why should I go to the stafium? I hate Manchester United, Benfica is meh and FC Basel is one of the weakest teams from Pot 3 :((

As a United supporter, I feel the complete opposite. :p I don't think United could have gotten an easier group than this. Group A seems toughest. But whether you like the opponents or not, I think you should still go see at least one match. It's still Champions League, a league where my favorite Norwegian team has never been in...

Otelul Galati is not my team and not a rival of my team! Is just a Romanian team!

I will go but I would've been happyer if we would've gotten Inter, Chelsea or Manchester City!

The only thing is that last year when it was the UCL match CFR Cluj - FC Basel half of the stadium was empty and it was a 22.000 seats stadium and CFR Cluj was playing on home ground. Now the match Otelul Galati - FC Basel will be played in Bucharest, 241 kilometers from Galati, on a stadium with 55.000 seats. So I would imagine an empty stadium :((

:bg: CSKA Sofia - Steaua Bucharest :ro: 1 - 1 (1-3 agg.) xfruits:
And we qualified! I am so happy! I hope we get Tottenham in the group now! :D

As for the other good news:

:ro: Rapid Bucharest - Slask Wroclaw :pl: 1 - 1 (4 - 2 agg.) xfruits:
Congratulations guys! Hoping for another meeting in spring :D

:cz: Sparta Praga - SC Vaslui :ro: 1 - 0 (1 - 2 agg.) xfruits:
This was the surprise! SC Vasluyi managed to do with a young team what they didn't manage with super-stars in the past! Hopefully they get Twente in the group and get revenge for the UCL elimination! :D

And now the bad news:

:ro: Gaz Metan Medias - Austria Wien :at: 1 - 0 (2 - 3 agg.) :((
They deserved to qualify but Austria Wien showed it was more experienced and got the result! Anyway Gaz Metan Medias was a surprise that they got here so congratulations! :D

:ro: Dinamo Bucharest - Vorskla Poltava :ua: 2 - 3 (3 - 5 agg,) :((
And Dinamo managed to create another big name in Europe! I think Dinamo should be called the big names creator and always play with small teams because they always lose against them

What the actual?!?
This is by far the greatest moment in Irish football since the 2002 world cup. This is just wow.

RABOTNICKI (MKD) - Lazio (ITA) 1:3 (1:1). And this means farewell to a great campaign for Rabotnicki! Rabotnicki played a lot better than Lazio, but crucial mistakes made Rabotnicki loose in the last 20 minutes. Rabotnicki created many chances, had chances to make 2:1 in the second half, but that didn't happen. Should Rabotnicki be the new champion of the Macedonian League, I can see them even reaching to the play-off round (what happens afterwards it doesn't matter much).

I think this is the toughest group this year. Real and Lyon will meet yet again. You should have wished for Arsenal more, cause clearly they were the weakest from pot1 and I believe everyone would have wished for them.

And wow, what a clash will be between BATE and Victoria Plzen.
