Congrats!!! Now thumbs up that you'll get the easiest possible opponent in the 1/4-final, cause I wanna see APOEL in the 1/2-final. :D

I am thrilled about APOEL's success as if it was my Partizan or any other team from :rs: :D Very, very deserved, and this is already a fantastic achievement, not to say that I also think it is historical.

APOEL has a great business strategy, they don't sell their key players and they keep the root of the team for more than a year. Also, when that is accompanied with a great coach, the result has to come. And our losers here blame the weak league, small budgets etc........because we can't do anything significant in Europe.

I hope APOEL will reach the semi now as well :D

I really have to laugh at the English teams this year.

Man Utd : Group stage exit, thumped by Bilbao in Europa League last night
Man City : Group stage exit, lost to the powerhouse that is Sporting Lisbon 0-1 last night
Arsenal : Last 16
Chelsea : 3-1 down to Napoli after first leg

Best league in the world? Pull the other one.

DISCLAIMER : No doubt all 3 remaining teams will go on to win their matches now that I have posted this.

It is the best league in the world, they're just having a bad season. It's not THAT long since England had 3 teams in the semi finals of the Champions League. Spain might have the best 2 teams in the world, but the rest of "La Liga" isn't really that great. And yes, I do realize that one of them did beat United yesterday, but United were useless last night. If they play like they can in the return match, they will still qualify, but I'm worried that winning the Premier League is more important this season.

What a victory for Bayern...7-0 demolition of Basel and they look strong for winning the CL with only Real and Barca stopping them

Yeeeeeaaaaahhh!!!! They did it again!!!!! I knew this team could do something big. I've watched some of their plays and it's really awesome to see how they play. I'm proud of the team I chose as my second one (and I did it before they started to do that well  ).
And all of this only with home players or from the rest of the Basque Country! :)

Going to watch today FC Barcelona vs Chelsea game.

I really want that one of the Spanish teams will win that all. Even though they both failed in their first games.
