He isn't going to perform this version in Tel Aviv though. He's going to perform the music video version at Eurovision

It's a very beautiful song and I'll give it 10 points in the poll but I think it's just too unoriginal and effortless to win IT ALL.
Is it really THAT easy to snatch the win at ESC? Since when?
If this wins, it will be one of the weakest winners in the recent history. but I wouldn't really mind a 2nd place.

So today I have been singing this song all day. Upgraded from 10 to 12 points. It's a big grower. Also now I allow him to win.

His live voice is excellent lol. The main problem I find is that he isn't as charismatic during the performance as I would have hoped him to be (he was very nervous), but there's time to improve that. The basic framework is there.

This is an excellent entry.

I want goosebumps from the winners even if I don't really like the song!

If I had those kind of standards for Eurovision I'd never be happy.

I like this song, it's definitely a strong entry. The opening gives me a "goosebumps" type feeling but I wouldn't say the song as a whole gives me goosebumps.

I think I'd put this in my top three along with Australia and Slovenia.

Edit: I haven't checked the live performance yet though.

That was stunning. I'm really excited to hear it with the actual backing track and after he learns to deal with his nerves so this can fully embrace its inner Beautiful Mess (and come second lmao)

Nothing to say that hasn’t already been said. I’m sold. Lovely multi-layered, dark, haunting melodies. Perhaps slightly too melancholic to outright win the televote, but definitely jury gold. If they can get the staging right to give emphasis to the ‘lighter’ moments of the song, it could win.

It's been gaining YT views way faster than all other entries so far. Considering it's definitely a jury favorite too, we have a serious candidate for the trophy.
Russia, Armenia and Sweden might change things up a bit tho.

This took me majorly by surprise! Seeing the acoustic live performance totally elevated my already fairly strong opinion that this will be one of the strongest entries this year, and definitely the top "ballad" thus far.
