Hum, why? Is there any universal evidence that proves that 'Euphoria' is such a masterpiece that it couldn't be ignored by a professional jury? Don't get me wrong, I personally like this entry a lot, but really... :?

Well, more so than the mess of the Georgian entry which was "quality enough" to receive 5pts  I mean even you could agree that that prove that juries are a silly bunch?

It's no masterpiece, but it's a good song (objectivity speaking) and it won for a reason I believe.

Sure, there must be a winner and it happened to be Sweden this year. But it's very normal that even professional juries disagree on what is the best or not. A good song? Sure it is, well at least for you and me, can't really say how much objective we are when we state this, but anyway. There were 26 songs. It's very easy to find other entries better that this one, even this one being good, right? There are no rules or 'bibles' concerning to what the best song is. Even winners are not everyone's favourite, as you can easily see in this forum.

Interesting results. It seems the Albanian entry has proved to be very popular among Italian televoters. So, I suppose all the haters will realize that the good result of this song wasn't only due to professional juries

Italy has very poor television figures in Eurovision. So the main immigrants from Romania, Albania and Moldova can take over the televote easily. And Albania got the jury support too, because it is an annoying song, which is only beautiful for juries.

Sure, keep denying the obvious  Albania got more points from Finnish televoters than from jury. But that must be another 'accident' which you will be able to explain in the end with more theories like that

Albania's points received are from being evenly distributed over Europe. It's mainly the main residential areas of Albania and also Kosovo-Albanian emigrants.
Finland has 300.000 immigrants, on the fourth place are among Eurovision competitors is Ex-YU (after Estonia, Russia and Sweden), which includes Kosovo.

No jury support and the song this year was particularly appealing to Kosovo emigrants. Rona also is no native Albanian, but Kosovo-Albanian.

Uhhh impressive, how scary  you better accept that Albania finished 5th, whether you like it or not, that's the only thing we know for sure, the real fact, if you know what I mean, all the rest are just personal thoughts from a nonconformist

Yeah, but 5 pts to GEORGIA from so called "professionals"??? That's the part I reacted mostly on. Other than that I sort of agree.

Yes, and when you see a dreadful song like Russia in 2nd, everything can be debated :lol:

While Russia maybe wasn't a musical masterpiece, it has charm and I can totally see the appeal.

The Georgian entry though...
