Exactly! Besides complaining here, we also all need to write to the EBU (I've already done this). Else they think nobody bothers and they can get away with it. This farce needs to be stopped!

Why not? It doesn't say how many points Estonia and Albania got from the juries. It's not (9+6)/2 for Spain... it's probably something like (64+90)/2, while Albania might have gotten (4+200/2) or something like that. Very likely. And will score higher in the total.
