I really do respect everyone who likes this entry and think it will do well but I just can't see enough people who wants to vote for this
Now staging can change a lot but I think Russia should be happy if Lazarev's anywhere around top 5 this year in my humble opinion...

In his defense, taking a quick look at the 2016 jury voting, I am surprised how few points he received from eastern european countries - hopefully it'll change this year for Sergey's case

Russia was robbed couple of times because of politics. I don't approve of many things my government did but i hate that artists have to pay for this. A Part of me even wants Sergey to come out of the closet already (he is gay 100% i know since im part of Russia's lgbt community and an insider) cause it would probably help him win lol but that's impossible, unfortunately. Everybody knows but he'd ruin his career heh... Anyway, I wish Sergey all the best, he's both a great performer and a very nice guy in general.

I gave Sergey another chance just now. Just listening, not watching the video. And the song is quite uninteresting in my ears. It evokes no feelings in me, I am afraid. I am rather disappointed, I would love to see Russia hosting again - with a worthy winner this time. But not this year....
