Sergey with the greek singer Despina Vandi during rehearsals @Madwalk2016
But they only have %50 power, so televote should be low in case to get 0 points totally. You do realize that the juries were purposely marking the song down to combat the televote right :?
I am not the fan of Sergey's song but it is simply disgusting what 'tolerant' people are doing with him and Russia for example on Wiwi site. He is not responsible for Hovi's incident but stigmatizing an artist or a whole country because of some idiots on the airport it is very unfair. I think there is a massive anti-russian propaganda is behind the stages which is not good for us and not good for Eurovision. If Sergey wins (I hope not because of the song) Russia will do ESC 2017 without incidents for sure.
On the other side these tolerant guys are cheering for chinese attendance. Everybody knows China is the main defender of human rights. (sarcasm alert)
GermanBango Ok, so I have not managed to express myself clearly. (my english is not good). In this case I do not blame Wiwi bloggers for writing about that shameful incident, my problem is the comments below Hovi's article. When I said 'disgusting' and 'propaganda', I thought of the readers, commenters who are overreacting...
PS: I know Wiwi push Sergey's song extremely (I do not like it).

I didn't know the band before. But they must be Austrian, aren't they? I heard the frontman talk in austrian dialect.Agreeing about China, i have to say committing hate crimes in airports seem popular in Russia. Apart from Hovi's case, i saw a similar attack towards the metal band Belphegor's frontman.
I have to give an example from my country which is also homophobic, but however i don't remember any attacks towards any singer back in 2004.
