Damn its a real shame. I worry this might spiral into a Slovakia situation where they just don't come back, but something really had to give. Romania has the potential to be a total powerhouse and they wasted it every year and destroyed their own record.

Lonely not really. They joined an already big club: Macedonia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Slovakia, Belarus, Monaco, Andorra, Turkey. And Russia, but I don't count it for other reasons.
