Im looking to odds for who will qualify from SF1 and Portugal is not among the top 10 countries to qualify! :shock: There is no way Portugal stays out of the final. As a polarized entry it will recieve a lot of hate but at the same time it will recieve a lot of love enough for it to make it to the final. There is always a chance that juries won't like it but still i can't believe that they will rank it lower than Greece, Poland, Hungury, Czech Republic, San Marino, georgia, Montenegro, Finland. Of course in case they rank it low on semi-final it means no good result for Portugal in the final but still it will be there.
Myself when it won Festival de Cancao i gave 10 points but later i got bored with and i downgraded to 4 points and stopped listen to it. After i listened again today i rembered why i liked it and i upgraded back to 8 points!

I don't know why all of a sudden he is dropping everywhere so dramatically. I see it as a sure qualifier. And it's definitely one of the best songs this year.

I am with you on this. The mainstream won't get this. Qualification is definitely possible and even quite probable thanks to the juries, but the amount of fan hype is just unreal.

Conan could definitely come across as weird and random to a lot of people, as opposed to hilarious and interesting (which is how he comes across to me). I haven't forgotten how badly Occidentali's Karma bombed. (which was Italian and not Portuguese and therefore will have the higher placement of the two)

I dunno I find it hard to tell. but if one of my SF1 favourites (Slovenia, Portugal, Iceland, Belarus) gets a major snubbaroo, i'd expect it be to be Conan, yeah.

I remember my first time listening the chorus of Ice-breaker by Agneta, I was like "WTF". I have the same feeling when listening to Telemoveis. Throughout the song I was triying to figure out what was going on. I think they tried soo hard to make a unique entry but ended up with a freakshow

I really dont know how to judge and rate this entry.
I have given it another shot, listening to the song on Tidal. And it's not something I want to put on repeat.
But everytime I watch Conan's performance of the song, that's exactly what I do; I DO press repeat!

I give 10 for the live performance. But 4 for the song; it's not my cup of tea.

It worries me that many people are so put off by this song. It's a masterpiece but it doesn't seem to work outside the fanzone.
