So basically they've stripped away all individuality from the members of the group and put them in pretty safe black outfits with no hint of fun staging quirks like at MGP. This is what happens when people complain, we end up with sanitised nothingness. Disappointed I even watched this. I'm done with rehearsal vids now - will see the shows live when I return from New Zealand, so hope that I will be surprised then

It's not really what I expected. I hoped they'd have kept the colour scheme of the nf as I think the greens really worked for it, now I think it has lost some of its charm there. Luckily they didnt follow the path of the music video and have them looking like furies.

I don't have it but basically they were singing quite far away from each other with the LED screens "turned" so you could basically only see some yellow lights behind them (exactly like the lights we had in Portugal in the back) everything was yellow-goldish with lot of flames.

tldr; nothing that sounds northern light realness

I'm patriotic and still want us to qualify but I'm not very convinced by what I've seen of the rehearsal and what I heard. Here are some problems I have;

1. Minor issue but I don't like Alexandra's hair, sorry not sorry, I'd like that they kept her hair "shoulderlength" and not a ponytail ... which anyway reminds me about Ariana Grande
2. Why is it so dark, I need more lights and colours
3. I'm not personally very fond of the pyros :? Sure it will give the song a moment somehow and keep the audience interested, but I don't think it's needed at all, I'd much more prefer a colourchange as I wanted back in 2016 with Agnete where I thought everything should've gone red during the last chorus

I didn't hear any reports of a patronus or something appearing in the backdrop so that's disappointing
Prediction; will qualify 8th-10th place

At the bold part: that's my main issue. It's supposed to be a fun song with a very positive/uplifting message. I don't get why they went with a darker colour palette with the staging and outfits. Blue/green would have fit in nicely with the northern lights setting. I'm quite disappointed to be honest.

Yes, it's weird, it's like they were inspired by "WeGotLove" last year and thought it was a good idea to go for a dark colourscheme for a positive and uplifting song

Seriously they delegation should bring me with them every year to give them ideas and guide them
