Well Slovenia debuting in JESC is a surprise. As far as i'm aware ESC has a pretty bad reputation in Slovenia.

Yeah I think that they will confirm eurovision participation for ESC 2015 that would look awful when they confirmed that they will take part in JESC and they could withdraw from ESC
