Well, now that they've translated the song (at least the majority of it) I'm a bit dissappointed. I mean one of the things that made this song unique was the special sound that Italian language gave. It's good, yet I prefer the full Italian version.

Only the refrain is in italian. Everything else is back to the original version.

Hmm yeah, the song has definitely lost a significant portion of its charm. It feels like that.
In some cases a change (into another language) can work well (or has a neutral impact), but in this case...? They could've/should've saved the time and effort in my opinion. Or left a bigger part of the lyrics in Italian and change only a smaller part into English.
I'm afraid it won't do quite as well as some fans of L'amore è femmina hope for.

it rather should be at least 60 % (up to perfect 100 %!) in Italiano!

Calm down folks it is still song to beat and most likely winner on May 26th.
I would have preferred it was in Italian but it still have lots of energy and very nice vibe so still my 12 points.

I'm worried about something else, instead: in certain points of the song there is a massive use of echo effect. Do the ESC rules allow such thing during live performance? Otherwise I think that the whole song will lose its vibe.

You know what? The more I hear this version, the more I like it. It has that Liverpool Beat from the Sixties that is not bad at all.
Please, help me with the lyrics because there is something puzzling me and maybe it's just my rusty ear for english language.
Towards the end, she sings:
"I'll let you think twice.
I don't want to cause any pressure,
but have you asked yourself why
I've bought a brand new gunshot?"
Now, as far as I know, you don't buy a gunshot. You buy a gun and you cause a gunshot with it. Am I wrong? Is there something I'm missing?

Translating some parts ok... but now almost the whole song is in English!!! Translating the chorus, the verses or one specific part ok... but this translation is so random. It changes language many times with no sense... :?

I am loving this song now! I truly believe that if this had been presented before per sempre then everyone would be raving about it! I hope it does really well and I think it will - 99.9% of the viewers will never even know that there was a song previous to this so I don't think it's gonna hurt her chances at all
