Ok, I get your point, however to me that's not important. I think all languages should have their spot in ESC, no matter how big.
Lol @ Roberto's answer it's clear he got no clue about ESC. Italy usually sings in English? Like when apart from the partly English last year? That was their first entry since the language rules have been changed even.
It's not because they are superior or something like that, BUT these languages are international, other countries sometimes send songs in these languages while they are not their official languages. Romania used Italian several times, and other countries too... If even them start singing in English, then what to expect?
