Last year Gualazzi sang half in english, half in italian language. Maybe Nina will take the same path.

Agree! 100% Italian thank u!

I wasn't a major fan of Gualazzi's entry, however I kinda enjoyed the Italian bits, didn't really care for the English bits.

Some songs don't suit an English translation. Mundu Eftir Mer and Suus ought to stay in their native tongue and I can't imagine Woki Mit Deim Popo in English.

Per Sempre isn't one of these. I think English could suit it quite well, although I'd prefer bilingual.

Per Sempre is the song for Baku,
and will be in Engish & Italian. (just like last year entry of Italy)

Yes I agree with this. If Italy selected Emma then he song should have stayed Italian. But I think singing this in English could be a stroke of brilliance. The only question is how much of each language is mentioned.

My guess*, and using as reference the video on top of the page, is that it will be in italian language from start to 2:33 and in english after that point.
