I know A-lister from another site, I bet I know that user longer than you! ;)

I don't like your attitude towards me, but all right..I get along with Brits in this site very good.. ;)
Well A-lister can answer that it's not a competition, I happen to like him very much. But regarding yourself, to be frank I dont like your attitude towards me either so maybe you dont get along with Brits on this site as well as you first thought.

You are not a leader of Brits in this site to speak in other users' name! ;) :)

The fact it's vapid trash?

It does the teen genre well and while I'm not the target audience I can at least recognize what its suppose to be. It's going to appeal to a certain demographic (teen girls) and usually anyone outside that demographic are always going to trash it cause its easy to trash what appeals to young girls xshrug

If it was sung by a girl people would be far more easier on it but because its by a boy people are automatically going to hate on it

That could be a factor that might work against it to be honest. The Late Late Show isn't know for being one of the most cool shows on Irish television, and on a Friday night before a period when some people would be inclined to give up alcohol (Lent), chances are a lot of young people could be out that night, or simply just not watching the Late Late, especially when the BBC gives us much better alternatives like Graham Norton. The teenage-girl demographic that The Movie Song or whatever it's called targets wouldn't be as likely to be watching the Late Late than other demographics. Yes Eoghan Quigg might have some following from his stint on the X Factor but now those fans would be at an age where they'd be more likely to go out on a Friday night than sit in and watch some boring chat show.

Also it's easy to trash because it is trash. If I got up on the stage and read out the phone book it'd have more meaning than whatever nonsense he's singing about.

My ranking of the Irish songs:

1. Can Linn ft Kasey Smith
2. Eoghan Quigg
3. Andrew Mann
4. Laura O'Neill
5. Patricia Roe

Wasn't Kasey Smith in the NF last year? She kinda looked familiar.

Next I'll be demanding that the Union Jack is stamped on all participant's flags ;)

But on a serious note, I get what you mean as I've said many times before. I just think it's pointless being preoccupied with it. I walk round in Wales and many people talk Welsh. Walk round in Ireland and I've never heard people speaking Irish. It's just not realistic to expect them to send an Irish entry.
Oh they do, it's just probably not in the area you're in. Most of the Island speak English, but some of it speak Irish instead (Along with English, but mainly Irish).

He has right to state his opinion in all topics, maybe I don't agree sometimes too, but he has that right, it can't bore you, it can actually, but you shouldn't answer like that to him, it's not appropriate. ;)

Um...I don't think he said anything wrong. I'm usually the first to call him out, but he did nothing wrong.

I love 'Here I Am' (EUROSONG 2012) and now in 2014, he's my favourite again.
