Ok, I've just read that in Macedonian language "Dona" is just a name, not a word.

Is she going to sing in Macedonian? Or maybe Aromanian?
EDIT: I haven't noticed that on the official website it says it will be in Macedonian

Nevermind my previous post, I searched on Google Translate and I saw that it means "donna", which is a title or form of address for a woman (like "lady", "madame" etc.).

I just hope it will be similar to her 2012 entry and not 1996

Actually we don't use Dona as a title it's just the Macedonian transliteration of the word Donna, I'm really curious how the song will turn out with a title like Dona.

As Macedonia is often faithful to the SF2 (weakest semis in general), it may would be great for M. to sing without strong countries which are always qualified such as Greece/Russia/Bosnia and Herzegovina.........
Habits die hard as it's been said by somebody.

And I have an extremely bad feeling... xwait

Why??????

Just because of waiting, or you dislike her as a singer and her previous esc entry and performance???

Because of the LOOOOOONG wait... People tend to build up high expectations when they long for something... and then it just flops... :?

This can be truth, but in Kaliopi's case, I really doubt, believe me! She is an EXTRAORDINARY artist! ;) :)

And you liked her ESC entry "Crno i belo"??

It is good to wait sometimes ;) Because of that, they now know what kind of songs have been chosen already and what kind of songs are in the preselections. Strategically speaking, this is important because they could choose a song that is more likely to stand out. Meanwhile, countries like :ie: cannot really do anything now (unless they change the song completely) and are likely to end up worse than :mk:

Yeah, yeah... There are arguments and there are fallacy... and wishful thinking. But they've already chosen a song. Is it likely they'll change this? Really?

Well, in case of :at: 2014, Conchita had few songs to start with. They chose the best one based on what they have seen to be popular so far. A ballad was chosen, because it seemed to them that up-tempo song will not stand out in the semi-final. I suppose that's what it is good to wait and that is why some successful countries (:az: and :ru:) wait so long to release their songs. Besides, someone could 'borrow' the idea.

Obviously it is not always the case. We don't know whether the song has been already made. We know the title and that Kaliopi is working on it. The title doesn't tell us much though. It may be a ballad or an up-tempo song. It may be a success or a complete disaster - but we won't know that for sure until 7th March.
