They'll never do this. But a revamp is maybe possible. Alexandra said before the reveal that they would listen to the feedbacks, but also try to be focused on Rotterdam so we never know, maybe a revamp or keep the acoustic version, which would not be bad for him.

Reactions on this video are not bad at all..it has 2000 likes and 600 dislikes..much better than Bilal Hasani last year, I gave big fat 0 to Bilal Hasani, I couldn't stand that entry, composition and his vocal tone, it was the worst entry from Franc EVER! I want to forget it exists!

OK so matt disliked the song. According to him it's outdated, it doesn't have French flavour in it. Interesting, I like this song, I could listen to it all the time. But matt likes Lithuanian gimmicks. I don't recall that Lithuanian song has Lithuanian flavour in it, not that I even know what it would be. Lol

The Lithuanian song has the same gimmick every year. Remove votes from opponents. For me, I want to bet, it is clear that Lithuania will not win. We await the entry of the other nations in the race and you will see how oddly the landscape will change. No cry of love. After listening to the Lithuanian song several times, they will say it is overrated, "Only from the top ten". I liked the French song (with all its shortcomings). For me, France is 10 points behind Belgium. The Lithuanian song, on the other hand, is not original, does not have a Lithuanian style (like the French song does not have a French style) and is a weak and monochordic song. Let's see what happens. As an Italian, being unable to vote for my singer, the 12 points are from Belgium and the 10 points from France.

Im preety much aware Lithuania won't win. They would be lucky if they qualify and finish in top 10. With that being said, none of selected songs so far has potential to win,even though I have listened to only 1/3 of them. For me France is way ahead of Belgium.

I want to hug and cuddle him, telling him in tears how sorry I am for hating his song and that his beautiful voice deserves a genuinely sincerer and more authentic song. He deserves so much more than singing John Lundviks song.
This 100% Lundvik and 0% Tom Leeb. I think 2 years ago, I would have liked the song when John Lundvik sang it in Mello. But it is too late for love now, it's worn off. Been there, done that and so insincere.
btw. is it just me or does it really sound like a Cyprus 2010 rip-off?

The best change for the song would be :
- Change into acoustic version
- Change into 100% french.
I've heard today the french HoD is open to the feedbacks so please its better to tell to her change the song than insult.

I appreciate the French song and the difference between this and the Belgian song is very small. I am not speaking of sonority or textual meaning but of their being a little repetitive ("Release me" for Belgium, "You are" for France). I prefer the Belgian song because I think it is more original. France's choice to have Thomas G:son and John Lundvik write his song is not good for me. Are there not French authors capable of writing a beautiful song? French musical culture is very strong and it is strange that France does not have great authors. However, this choice to contact the Swedes means that France is starting to take the competition seriously. The Swedes in recent years have created a "winning method", they are masters (although, for me, on many occasions, Lundvik aside, their songs lack identity and soul; they are well built songs and nothing more).

I agree with your choices. I liked your song but something is missing to say "Yes, it's my favorite song". After listening to it again, it's 10 points for me. If your changes are made I could say "Okay, I can give 12 points".
