There will be one Spanish artist we still don't know. The obvious choice would be Pastora, but she's retired at the moment. I've read some rumours about Raphael (1966, 1967) and Sergio Dalma (1991).
I only hope it's not Ruth Lorenzo xpray

I'd prefer something less recent considering it is suppose to be remembering history...

Also some more news.

-Ukraine will not be showing it either
-Germany is undecided (probably throwing a fit over not getting the rights to host it).

EDIT: YEP they're pissed, some Quotes on the article:

NDR said that they will decide once the full list of artists and songs are announced.
The show has already faced criticism from Eurovision.de, saying that:
This BBC concept is so decayed and unaware of what constitutes the modern ESC.

But it is likely the EBU will pressure them to broadcast it because France and UK didn't air the 2005 one, and the ebu got annoyed about that.

Id love to have our first representative Patricia Bredin there, though maybe she is too old now :(

Germany is supposedly sending Nicole (1982).

Johnny Logan, The Olsen Brothers, Anne-Marie David and Rosa López added to the list.
