well for Albania it' not sure, they have declareted only who have Festival e kenges, but dont have tell yet they take part at esc, but Wikipedia have addedd Albania too in the list for 2015 and for this reason i have put Albania in the confirmed country.
I am italian, nort Italy in a region called Emilia-Romagna nin specifity I live in Emilia, Emilia is more big than Romagna.

Tomorrow is the deadline to submit paperwork to compete in esc. October 10th is the latest date a country can withdraw from competing without a penalty.

In escnation i have read Hrt tv (Croazia) are other priority then esc, this mean are not interested, Israel in the past years confirm the partecipation in summer, Romania find 250.000 euros they ask to parlament, Ukraine too is a super esc fans and dont have tell nothing, San Marino nothing rumors, nothing news.
