Yes, today is the confirmation deadline. If country doesn't confirm today, they cannot do it afterwards. Until 10 October all countries which have confirmed could withdraw without sanctions.

So there is no 2 deadline dates. The 'second' one is just last day to withdraw. It's weird to say 'second deadline'... I don't wanna be rude, but sometime I can't, sorry.

According the official rules of Eurovision 2015, the second date is called "Withdrawal Deadline". So it's "deadline" the word that they use.

But it's not 'confirmation deadline' - the countries that confirmed their participation have a chance to withdraw and that's the last day for doing so. It's not 'a second deadline' for confirmation. it's two different things. Let me explain- If Poland doesn't state if we participate till today, we can't say it till 10th Oct. Am I not right?

Yes, you are right. By saying "confirmation deadline" I wanted to say that that after 10 October there will be confirmed who will take part with 100% certainity. But you are right if we have to be punctual - today is the confrimation deadline, and the withdrawal one is on 10.10.
