Kinda sad we so rarely get the second half draw, and when we do, songs like Play and Storm get chosen.

I think now is about the time to stop beating the same dead horse "this song is so bad and the sky is falling"

It is what it is. Estonians made their choice, we will see what happens in May.

Well, I don't think any of our entries this year was going to be doing amazing things. Stefan could have gotten jury support, but not sure if televoters would have gone crazy for him. Pretty much anything we could have picked would have 50/50 odds at best.

The most elusive thing for us is still that last half of the final! Whenever we do make it there, we always get first half.

If you are placed 9th out of 12 songs in a national final with the juries, that is pretty ominous. And we don't have any massive televoting power anyway.
We aren't qualifying this year, won't be even close.

True. Verona kind of proved it

I'm still not 100% convinced that this jury result will be exactly the same as the one in May, seeing how 4/7 jurors were from USA, but well.. it certainly isn't the best omen. I guess our 3-year-cycle will be right on track then! 2021 top 10, here we come!

MM also flopped with the DE-Juries last year and were pretty good at ESC.

It's a good song. Safe, but good. 7 points.

Such a blah choice and a very predictable one too just like the song is extremely predictable & manufactured. 4 points. Maybe I should give more but this one is absolutely not up my alley.

The jury would be way more effective if there was no super final. I think the point of doing it 50:50 is to find a song that both the audience and the professionals appreciate. This is how Ukraine won in 2016. Stefan would have won tonight, gaining 12 from juries and 7 from televoters. Would have been a respectable winner.

Hope this is something the producers consider in the future.

Well, Estonia avoided my 0 tonight at least by avoiding Coming Home. Storm isn't as bad as I remembered it being, but I'm not a fan. I think it could potentially do very well at Eurovision though.

3 points.

Didn't know that, the song was so modern and professional. Very jury-appealing. That's not the case with Storm though.

"Mercy" ranked third with juries in Destination Eurovision. It's not quite what Crone got tonight apparently.

Inga slayed with the juries but flopped with televoters xthink I didn't expect that. 5th place is still an achievement. :)

Had she sang a song "Day Worth of a billion" she would have won, "Day Worth of a Million" didn`t cut it.
