Best joke I have ever heard:
Mayor of Tallinn, Edgar Savisaar, said that there is a chance he will participate in Eurovision. ''It isn't be bad idea to represent Estonia with that song in Eurovision''

And here is his song: xpuke
Edgar Savisaar Kaunis maa - YouTube

Well, Leto Svet is masterpiece compared to this. But when he really sumbits his entry and somehow gets to Eesti Laul semifinal, then 10 points from televote are guaranteed from russians :) But thanks god this won't happen.

Don't think we're likely to see Winny Puhh back this year. They probably feel like they've already got everything they wanted out of Eurovision.

Without even getting there? Imagine the exposure they'd have if they actually would manage to be Estonia's representatives.

I'm sure they'd love to go to the Eurovision but they got enough international attention from Eesti Laul. They turned down almost all the offers because they want to keep the band as a hobby and not a job.

Sahlene wanted to make a comeback, but she can't, because she isn't Estonian.

News in Estonian Sahlene jääb Eesti eurolauluvoorus ukse taha! | Õhtuleht

And I'm thankful for that! Gone are the days when MF rejects could take over the Estonian ESC selection... Eesti Laul ftw!!! xcheer

I just hope more countries follow in Estonia's footsteps and stop this invasion of Swedish (and foreign) songs into their selections! An ESC entry should be a product of the country it's representing and not some unrelated import!

Well, if she really wants to do it then she could become resident of Estonia and enter for 2015 edition. This means she would have to live at least 180 days per year in Estonia and declare taxes here. Elmayonesa did it and so could she. But then again, Elmayonesa also sang in Estonian which Sahlene would probably never do.

To be honest I think if Estonia continues as they've been going in the past few years, they are bound to win Eurovision again in the next 10 decade.

Indeed.
I thought she released an album with Mihkel Raud when Mina Jään was released, but in fact no... It comes out only now... :)

Lenna's "Seal kus jäljed kaovad maast" was played on Muusikanõukogu this week. It is a weekly radio show where two critics/journalists and a guest comment and rate new songs. Two of the main critics Siim Nestor and Valner Valme have always been in Eesti Laul preselection jury. Overall they were positive but not too impressed with it. 6/10 points from Nestor and 7/10 from Valme.

On the other hand they were very positive about Koit Toome's new single.

Nestor 8/10, Valme 9/10.
