I would like to see Eda-Ines Etti in Copenhagen. She represented Estonia in 2000 and she was 2nd (Eurolaul 2006) with "Iseendale" :( She is my favourite estonian singer:)

I'd love to see Ines again actually! She was robbed in 2006! Iseendale is such a nice song, and instead they sent that mediocre cheap MF reject xpuke

That was back in the desperate Eurolaul days of 2004-2008 when Juhan Paadam (the producer) changed the submission and voting procedure every year. In 2006 the winner was chosen by foreign "experts". Sadly enough, Ines didn't win the public voting either that year...

Yeah, I won't miss Eurolaul that's for sure... such dreadful entries... Eesti Laul ftw!

However even during the Eurolaul years there were some gems (like Iseendale), but they tend to be robbed.

So who won the public vote that year then? I know that Ines came second overall atleast...

Sounds like those international juries were all queens from Sweden

Hm... but the best song from NF in Estonia was Birgit - You're not alone! :D in 2012 :D Very catchy song :D and one year later after that she was represented Estonia in Malmo! :D

Hmmm... I don't like her 2012 entry at all sorry, sounds like a mix between Rockafeller Street and Through My Window... totally give me flashbacks to those bad Eurolaul years, much prefer her 2013 entry then.

Traffic - NASA is my favorite from Eesti Laul '12... Violina's (that were part of that Birgit entry you mentioned) entry with Rolf Junior/Roosalu in 2010 was great though and should have won that year imo.

*omg* (had to do some YT research)... no comment

Yeah, one of many examples why we need a local jury to balance those votes.

Don't know if they ever want to do Eurovision again but it would be great to see a Ott and Sandra duet at the national final in the future. I must say they do make a beautiful couple on stage and Rändajad and Kuula are two of my favorite Estonian entries ever xheart;)

But it's not as if the winner that year was much better though (and that won thanx to juries)

Ines came second with both the jury and televoting. If we had used Eesti Laul style 50-50 split in 2006, she would have been the winner. But then again, pre-selection jury for Eesti Laul is totally different from what it was for Eurolaul Throgh My Window and Mr. Right wouldn't even pass it.
