Actually curious, if it was filmed, how come he was not detained? Especially if he was not just shoving someone away, but punching them? In the face, as is alleged on here? In front of multiple people?

If he did something of substance it's absolutely disgusting of AVROTROS to try to cover it up. If their statement is correct, then this whole situation is a joke.

Swedish police on Dutch news said it was not physical and it was only a “threatening movement” that they investigated. No one was touched.

Everyone, it has been eventful for the last 24-48 hours or so.
All I want to say is may everyone who is in the arena and around the area be safe.

I will log off for now and see you all tomorrow afternoon, which is Mother's Day over here.
Have fun (or not) watching. I am not watching.

The Consulate General of Israel in New York is asking people to vote for Eden vie an ad in Times Square.

I guess this might be the decline of Bjorkman's overobsession with engineering the contest

Apparently yes, otherwise it would not be agreed upon beforehand.
or they agreed on something different? Or they meant to agree on the same but actually meant different occasions wher he was not to be filmed? Or he agreed with journalists on it and mistook the production-assistant for a journalist? Or he demanded to to be filmed (a demand which couldn‘t be met) but thought it was an agreement (happens quite often tbh)…
So many possibilities of misunderstandings…

I can't remember the last time the embassies of a country promoted their eurovision act so aggressively. don't they have more important stuff to worry about?

I mean, our entry has been etertained and promoted by our embassy in the host country multiple times, not to that level though.

The hero story we all need would be the juries actually preventing an Israel win tonight. Last year they were satan incarnate for large parts of the fandom and this year that could be their saviour haha
