Why are you talking about ROW? There was supposed to be no ROW here! :?

Re: Creating new contest on the forum

Explain to me then.

I want to be a member of the Argentine jury and send Argentine song. After three months I will be a member of the Brazilian jury and send the Brazilian song. I will be able to do so? No, because Argentina is a member of the Spanish language and the likelihood of my songs will be very small. It will be the same situation as with the Rest of World, when due of the "Spanish" we will lose some countries.

I can't really explain it you if you can not grasp the fact that there will not be either Argentine or Brazilian jury. However you can be in the Spanish language jury for 3 editions and send the Argentine song and in the Portuguese language jury and send the Brazilian song. Or even for example be in the English language jury and send the song from Argentina and Brazil if they are both in English.

And instead of having small variety of songs we actually see some people to moving for example to the Hindi jury.

We started with one finished the other. We must have the right to choose. If you want to send a song in english - send! In Chinese - send! Being a member of the Peruvian jury - be! Send a song in 1950 - send! There are no groups

Example: Spanish language jury includes all countries, which have Spanish as an official language, right? So you can't send a song in Spanish sung by a Russian, right? Is this your logic?

Basicly it's just a copy of FSC with no time restriction and no RoW.

It would be more interesting to create something new, than an enlarged and slightly modified FSC (imo)

So how about we forget about this new contest, and change the FSC rules for no time restriction

If you want to create a language contest - I have a pass.
I will continue to promote the contest of freedom of choice under the flags of the countries like in Eurovision (the forum about it then I like countries and their culture). I'm sure I'll find support for this contest.

No Spanish language jury doesnt involve any countries. Lose the concept of countries completely. It can send any song which is in Spanish language whether it is from Spain, Argentina, Poland or the South Pole.

Even though it would probably have a lot of Spanish speaking countries artists as it might be hard to find Polish people sing in Spanish.

The English jury would most likely have like half of songs from non English speaking countries for example.

FSC is copy of Eurovision so ;)
Yes, new contest sth between FSC and NSC, but at total it will be more interesting without limits (ROW and WL)

Time restriction in FSC will never change my friend, ;). It has always been there (it was even a shorter length before), and it's a part of its core concept.

So only one song in Spanish, its the limit! NO LIMITS

Problem is you can't define the 'sth' ;).

Therefore, we decided to create a new contest in which do not have those restrictions that are in the FSC and the NSC.
And now it turns out everyone wants to create an entirely new competition. Why not talk about it before?

By your suggested form of using countries (and with fsc) only 1 song from Estonia is the limit. You can not make a contest which has no limits to make sense. Even NSC has the limit of not using the same artist in the same edition twice which limits entries.
Having more than 1 person per jury itself is a big limit, limiting the songs you personally can send.

TBH, the best solution would be to create a new game all together where both the WL concerns in NSC and the ROW concern in FSC can be fully satisfied to your liking.

Re: Creating new contest on the forum

That is why we are having this discussion Trece, because members want something different, that doesn't have the limits of the other 2 contests. We are still talking and nothing is set in stone yet ;)

You have to forget FSC and NSC, and stop comparing :?

If you are from Peru, who may participate in FSC only as ROW, or is 30th in WL in NSC and may participate in 1-2 years apart, you would not say
