I hate it. Actually, I am embarassed by the buzz in this thread for nothing. I pretend this thread does not exist, however, I need to debbydown the excitement for a medicre co-writer, before this thread further hyper-inflated. And no one is gonna call us out for being grumpy and self-indulged pricks, because we are unworthy to the rest of the chosen fandom anyway. Isn't this just sad? 10 pages for no news is a bit much in my humblest of all opinions. But I concede, that today's news was newsworthy, albeit neither exciting.

I get that @Lindon is very invested in our participation, but I think it takes away the fun from him as well. There are cute songs out there to enjoy already. Almost certainly, I'd compete for the role or the Austrian ambassador myself, if we had a great song like Limits, Loin d'ici, Nobody but you, The secret is love, I am yours, Rise like a phoenix, All to you, Reflection, Keine Mauern mehr, Zusammen geh'n, Venedig im Regen and so on and so forth.

That's true. I had a huge scare of being recognized on youtube. In the meantime, I don't give 2 sheets because 2020 shifted my mind and focus.

As far as I recall, no one in my team wanted the gig of the spokesperson, and Lindon was not even bothered to be part of the team.

In my case, if you get disowned by your parents for coming out, because you wished to clear things up and move on, then it does something to you and you'd probably closet yourself even more. That's quite a challenge to overcome. Yet, I always dreamt of the Eurovision stage for myself.
