Conspiracy theory: EBU’s plotted and rigged the NFs this season in order to let Australia win!

I still can’t get over 2000 and Whatever  .

Zero Gravity is a perfectly acceptable, risk-taking song for Australia and should see them get an okay result but they had one of the most brilliant songs in recent memory and let it slip away.

Just as well the voters in May will never have heard 2000 And Whatever and will judge Zero Gravity on it's merits.

I must be one of the few people that really never liked ''2000 and whatever''. My opinion is that Australia made the best possible decision and they only have to improve the staging!

I don't honestly know what to think of this entry.. It will certainly stand out in the ESC, it is a 'performance'-act more than a song to me..
Where is the melody? And what's with the 'trapeze-flying' black 'witch' in the background? I often like opera-pop but here I am uncertain..

Absolutely. The only favourite song of mine in the NFs this year that has actually made it, I am still so happy about Zero Gravity.

I thought the Dementor was a clever concept to evoke the meaning of the song, but given all the criticism of the staging it’s probably a wise decision to change it up. Given the strength of the song, it will surely still have a big impact even with something more minimal and elegant.
