I like it a lot! :D
It is edgy and innovative for ESC imo actually..
I didn’t like Estonia 2018 at all, but this is totally different! The “swinging witch” is fantastic! She must stay for Tel Aviv! :D

8 in the poll, and 2nd place on my list for now..

I usually don't like these kind of voices (I admire women that can sing like this, but it's not my style). Despite this, I must say I like the song! Can't you change the voice and sing it normally? xshifty I know it would make it generic, but also more listenable

... At first the song was quite captivating for me but after the second listening it was already very annoying.

That's why it will be successful, at least in the televote. Most viewers hear the song for the first time in the contest. There will be no second time to be annoyed ;)

I was cheering for 2000s and Whatever for some reasons such as catchiness of the song, Pitjantjatjara and mentioning Istanbul, however I really love Kate and her song so... amazing top 2? Zero Gravity is now in my first place this year and seems to stay there for a long time.

PS. I'm against Australia's participation anyway.

I'm at best lukewarm for this entry as a whole which considering my quite noticeable love of all things kitsch and weird, it's not the best sign. I'll start by saying the performance is fabulous and made me smile. I know some people don't like this kind of spectacle at Eurovision, with many feeling that this kind of crazy pomp damages the reputation of our contest, but I enjoy fun and memorable performances just as much as I appreciate a simple emotional performance. I think my problem with Zero Gravity is that I just find the composition quite dull. It's not like La Forza which was kitsch but trying to go in a serious direction. This song is presenting itself as that crazy pop-opera song that's everyone's favourite guilty pleasure, except I think it falls kind of flat. I was the biggest supporter of Opera Skaala's Eurovision attempt a few years ago and I adored Cezar. They were kitsch and took it to Mars with everything, the songs and performances. Kate has a tremendous voice and that's the main selling point here I think. I find the beat that comes in weak. Overall it's a song that sparsely scatters everything and it's disorientating to listen to, and not in a "holy gosh, I can't believe that just happened, amaaaazing" kind of way. It doesn't get me pumped.

I'm glad though Australia opted for this and not for Sheppard. At the very least it's a different flavour from what you've been giving us. With time maybe this will grow on me. I'll give it a kind 5 in the poll for now. The performance is great and it will be fun to see it at Eurovision. I hope the song gets worked on a little to give it some more flavour.

Well it was already more annoying than captivating at the first listening

I listened to it a second time to let it grow on me, but actually it is even more awful. I should downgrade to 2 points.

La Voix comes to my mind, which was quite a flop in 2009. But it is way more pleasant.

I had to downgrade it also after the second listening. ;) I think Maybe the song alone would have been somehow still bearable, but the staging destroyed it completely.

For me the staging is more interesting but I am also a fan of car crashs and all kind of gore

Really not feeling this one. When you have Alfie Arcuri and Sheppard in your NF and you choose discount La Forza. Smh. 5 points.
