I quite like Mélovin's song, and I don't thik that if Ukraine send this will flop that much. Tayanna's performance was little of, I was expecting something different in other way.

My top for the final are:

1. The Erised ( I need and they need a good performance tho)

Kind of hard to win Eurovision if you don't win your selection. This has no chance.

I agree about Kadnay, this wouldn't do much in ESC, however Tayanna didn't win her selection due to unproportional voting by teen girls for the local fanboy Mélovin, but I'm pretty sure she'd do better in Eurovision where local fame means nothing and the overall package presented to Europeans who never heard of any of these acts means everything...

We have the same issue in the Swedish selection where local fame and popularity amongst certain demographic groups, that tend to vote more in such events, overshadows rational choices and we often end up with qualifiers or even winners that wouldn't maybe be our first choice or even the best choices for ESC.

The Erised have a very decent rock/pop song but I was disappointed by the lead vocalist. She needs to improve in the final. Tayanna is the other option. It's catchy and will stand out in a field of 26. Melovin will get a poor result in Lisbon as would all the other remaining finalists. If Ukr jury is wise it will score Melovin down to allow Tayanna/The Erised to win.

Tayanna would be the biggest fanwank of the year, her performance is so cliché with the wind machine at the end. At least the dress is pretty.

Vilna, The Erised and Kadnay are the best chances for Ukraine to get a top 10 but the former 2 need to improve drastically in the final.

I just decided I want Mélovin to win, his song is just too good. Performance wise they should go all crazy with him, the NF performance is a good start already. Tayanna's song gets too repetitive for me at the end, hot mess tho. The Erised have the most interesting song here, wouldn't mind them in Lisbon, the song will definitely grow even more on me. Vilna is okayish, the other two pls avoid.

I am not a teen girl, but I think Melovin's song really deserves for a victory. The melody is pretty original and catchy, there is a message in lyrics (despite imperfect English) and the performance surprised me.

I did actually wonder if that was her I didn't know well enough what the girl looked like as i've mostly been listening to the song through Spotify.

I think their song could be better like "Let Me Be" but "Heroes" are mysterious enough to seize me.

tbh I'm still doubting between Melovin, Kadnay and The Erised :? Final performance will determine my winner.
The Erised has got the strongest song, so if they make their live show more interesting, they'll become my favourite.
But anyway Melovin will win

This! Ukraine forgot its track-record very fast it seems

Tayanna = pro overall package
Mélovin = Local teen girls' idol ... well they can manipulate the voting results in the local selection all they want with their irrational "oooh my God he is soo cute... let's vote!", but in Europe no one will care...

I don't find it cliché, the song doesn't really sound like any other entry from the past, would be the first time Ukraine sends a full on Ukrainian language entry (if she sticks to the original promise) and what's wrong with having a party track in an ESC that is turning into a znoosefest

Anyways, Mélovin will win... and here we can talk about cliché... local teenage girls' fanwank "he is soooo cute" votes 'en masse' for their "idol" ...
