We thought, at least I thought, that Lisandro from France would win Destination Eurovision for the exact same reason, but finally that's because of the yelevote that he lost. I'm not saying Melovin won't win, because France's and Ukraine's selections doesn't have the same public (the french public is probably much), but I think that everything's possible. We saw so much surprising results these last months and years that I wouldn't be so sure about any results anymore.

We'll see, but he dominated the televote in a strong semi, I highly doubt he'll loose the televote in the final... he has his legion of hormonal teenage girls backing him up because he's "cute" apparently... and we also have parts of the jury (in particular Andriy (Verka)) voting with what's between his legs aswell ... so it's really up to Jamala and Eugene to "save" this selection... but seeing Jamala last year, she could very well destroy it aswell...

Fun review! I didn't even have idea about Erised name

Although I think Kulm is miles better than Forest Song.

I'm fine with Melovin winning, actually I think he has the best overall package (song, voice, performance...) in the final. My favorites were Constantine and Illaria

Where's Ruslana when we need her!?

To be honest, if it were not for her, we would not have won two times. ESC 2004 and saving Ja in 2016 (how come Danylko, who gave Ja 3 points is still there, but Ruslana, who clearly saved the day back then, is not invited. Just because of being herself?)

Just because last time she was in the jury she dragged the show for 3 f-en more hours
STB was oppositional to our ESC '17 producer and she's almost his relative

The TV ratings are already better than last year.

The 1st semi almost equaled to last year's final.
The 2nd semi increased from 7.8% to 9.6% comparing to semi #1.

But first you should find someone as talented as Jamala at least
She could win the NF with any other juror who put her at the 3rd place or higher.
I'd like our NFs to last according to TV guide schedule

Honestly I think I had the most fun from our national final this year. It's so funny, positive, they talk so much but this is really exciting to listen because we have actual artists performing and not bunch of boring nobodies who didn't find themselves like last year. All my relatives and friends who watched Eurovision are praising Danylko for his opinions, he's definitely a gem of our selection despite his rankings being somewhat blurry. And, while you might enjoy scandals, I'm really glad this year is quite smooth so far (except The VYO moment when Miroslav booed Constantine 2)

Would be so much better with Ruslana, Danylko thinks with what's between his legs too often and Jamala, as much as I like here, seems to be slightly off with her taste...

Anyways, Melovin will probably win and that is that...

I actually admire Ruslana for being strongly defensive of her opinion. She's not afraid to go against televoters & stupid fans, not even the channel can influence her decision.

Imho she would gave the highest points to Tayanna. It's 100% in Ukrainian + great energy + це батлова пісня . #2 KADNAY or VILNA and #4 Melovin.



Danilko will give Melovin the highest mark in any case.

I thought about this the other day. He always goes on and on about how ESC is a fun contest, people want to have fun, nobody's in the mood for a serious song, etc. But he lost (with his fun song) to a serious song, lol.
