Has anyone considered the (unlikely) possibility that, much like what we think is happening in Croatia, they've submitted the paperwork but waited to announce?

"We understand that participation in the Eurovision Song Contest is a question of prestige. And we have no right to do something bad. And to do it good we simply have no money. If someone has a desire to help us - we would be happy, but we are not able to pull such a project on our own. Therefore, the decision to take a year break has been taken", says NTU chairman Zurab Alasaniya.

i wonder why NTU don't ask help from European Union for paid all their expenses, they always ask money for cost their war against the rebel, but what about music..?
