INFORMATION FOR NEW PLAYERS
After you join the Waiting List, I highly recommend looking for a place for your country. The unoccupied areas implicitly belong to both withdrawn nations, and current WLers. With few exceptions, you can claim any territory you wish. Take into account the geography and descriptions of the geocultural regions above, to find what is most fitting to the concept of your nation. PM me and I'll reserve the area for you. I'm also more than happy to answer any of your questions and give advice.
There is no hard limit on how big or small a nation can be, as long as you're not trying hardcore imperialism.
NSC is farily liberal when it comes to worldbuilding. Current nations range from medieval fantasy, to realistic, to futuristic.

After examining the map it looks like Zombira is the only doubly landlocked country :eek:

What makes it most bizarre, it's not landlocked itself, as it owns an island on the northwest edge of the map.

So it's been about 2 months since I started gathering info for new sections of this project. However, it would appear I asked too much from some people and I didn't get complete or any info from them. In waiting and constant empty promises from those people I kinda lost enthusiasm for any updates or improvements on project. I apologize to those who did send in info; I sincerely appreciate your effort, thank you!
So I'm scrapping the project. Don't bother sending in everything now, I don't feel like working on it anymore, not that anyone else would care anyway.

Don't get me wrong here, I'll still update map on regular basis. If there is anything you wish to add or change to your country's territory, let me know. =)

*check the first post for UPDATE*

NEW:
-Lukeland and Kuki-Q have been replaced by Llama Republic and Anselmsmumonia respectively
-Xhanostania has been added to the map as a island filled with lakes
-Prasia's capital location has been altered as desired
-Bacchus's capital city name has been changed as desired
-Mobius's country name has been changed as desired
-Val D'Avelle is now Celinas again
-Added ''volcanic'' to description of Archipelago Islands

I ask of everyone to point out any errors made on map or text below.

Also, I had no idea that forum automatically resizes images. D= I tried putting up larger map in the first page, but apparently whatever I do it remains the same. =(

Right, so; Llama Republic is now an island, and ex-Lukeland territory is now vacant spot, where next debuting nation will be put.
Also in the news: If you want your nation to be an island and there are no island territories available, I can only give you really small island location as oceans are getting kinda crowded. That is unless I'm at any point allowed to re-make entire map, but I was informed that it was already attempted a long time ago and most people were against it.
