i should hate this. i really should. it's cloying, specially alfred's voice. it is camera mugging and panders to the worst demographic of any form on entertainment, shippers. it's a piano ballad with very little other musical content.

and yet i don't hate it. not from the start. i actually kind of like it. i woukd be happy to see it do well. i have no idea how this happened. i may need hypnosis therapy to find out how.

Well I felt kind of exactly the same way I think. I was a bit reluctant at first with admitting how much I was enjoying everything, but I thought to myself two things: 1. I'm a Eurovision fan and god help us, we're ALL questionable to begin with, bless us all, why not just indulge and 2. The song itself is actually a gorgeous chamber pop ballad. Strip everything awkward away from the song and it's a beautiful piece of music, and actually what's awkward is making it even more enjoyable for me now. I think it's kind of awesome how these two are a reality tv couple who were locked in a Big Brother house for months, and this song is the fruits of their journey. It's saccharine but in a very lovable way. It's a product that at the same time feels very sincere and it's flaws only endear it to me more.

Hey up! Did I actually miss some update about this song? Just wondering why you need to remark in that way how you dislike this song. While I understand we are entitled to post in the forum our opinions as many times as we want to, it's actually hard to understand why such a disapproval has to come out of nothing again and again (official video or revamp has not been released yet, and a new live performance either ) I am not a fan of this entry either, and indeed I have remarked my issues with it too, but I found it timely when there is something new to criticise or give a feedback about.

hahaha I doubt this will happen. I am constantly following them on Instagram, youtube... and they seem to be better and better everyday.
