Incredibly poor edition of Eesti Laul, we are in different semis than our biggest supporters Lativia and Finland, statistically we have never qualified from the first semi, but there's still a really good chance of seeing Estonia in the final. We have to beat only six other countries, so let's see who has done poorly in the last five years: Croatia, Netherlands, Slovenia, Belarus, Belgium, Montenegro.

Netherlands has an artist that will be probably hyped (not like Loreen, but still), while Slovenia and Croatia should qualify (or one of them definitely will). As for the other 3, you are probably right. Though, what if Belgium performs last?? or Belarus? Montenegro probably posses no treat, as they are sending rap.

You forget Lithuania...in the 2nd half of the semi,also Russia,Moldova,Belarus,Ireland,Estonia,Ukraine,United Kingdom vote in the same semi.

I was talking about the ones that eerik listed. Lithuania also tends to get some ex-yu points as well.

Well, I understand what they mean but if they think about it for a second it makes no sense... just because Sweden is a host doesn't change the fact that all countries have equal votes and he is a nobody in the rest of the countries, and even in Sweden he never got a career.

Doubtful, they didn't go for Iris, either. Of course, you'll never know but I'll say the odds are slim unless the song overhaul is significant.
