No. Ukraine was initially included on the list above after a forum member 'confirmed' that they'll be in, but since no actual news or sources have been provided since then it's off the list for now, but I'm pretty sure they'll be in however.

As for Macedonia, I think 2012 which was their sort of back to form and probably was enough incentive for them to stay in the contest, I don't see them dropping out really, would be surprised if they did.

Agree, I'd be very surprised if any of them would withdraw.

I'm not sure, but I think the deadline is January.

Macedonia won't withdraw! They withdrew from JESC because of the voting + because they wanted to save more money for ESC. There is a different format now for ESC, it is just a matter of time until they confirm. They are kinda lazy.

Let's cross our fingers no country that took part in 2012 withdraws for 2013 and that Poland comes back aswell, if this will be the scenario then we'll have a record of countries participating
