No surprise, so I'll 're-add' them to the list then (as they was up there a while ago)
However, so far we have some 'most likely' to enter (Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine)... which is not too hopeful, I hope the 'most likely' will change to 'certainly'.

Like dragvision has already said in another topic, we will know in next days if Italy will participe... but it looks that probably italy will confirm!

Nonostante il cambio ai vertici, tutto all’insegna della “spending review”, in casa Rai si deciderà molto presto sull’adesione o meno dell’Italia alla prossima edizione dell’Eurovision Song Contest che si terrà a Malmo. Diversi “segnali” che ci arrivano dalla tv di Stato ci fanno comunque ben sperare e torneremo sull’argomento appena ne sapremo di più."
About San Marino, instead, we have to wait a lot, because it looks its participation depends from political election, that will take place only in november.
"Ci sarà da attendere invece per sapere che sorte toccherà alla piccola Repubblica di San Marino: qui infatti a novembre sono previste le elezioni e chi governerà avrà voce in capitolo anche sulla tv di Stato, con tutto quello che ne consegue, compreso l’eventuale partecipazione o meno all’ESC."

Hmm... you mean who will govern in Italy or San Marino? Afterall RAI partly owns San Marinese TV.

I see. Well, kinda make sense. They've been ruled by a conservative-centric bloc for every year they've taken part in ESC, so maybe if the Socialist bloc wins it means they're out then?

Well, I didn't know either (I just checked up who governed it)... but since that article mentioned the election could influence whether or not they will stay, I was just making a guess

San marino governemant is in the hands of democray cristian, yes here live this party (in the past this party is the most big in Italy to start in the 50' since the 90'). Paradoxically Italy now is coming back thanks to catholic-party people who are in rai. The italian staff who are in rai, and who worked since now for the coming back, have close links with the Vatican, and they can influence the decisions of the Head and Deputy Head rai, and whe are lucky because are between catholic-party.
