First of all: Hi there
I heard last year that Monte Negro intends to confirm their participation for the next years, because they like to present their country to the whole of Europe, but I don't know wheather it's only a rumor.

^^ They can't confirm for the next few years, only for the next edition. As far as I am aware, there is no confirmation from RTCG yet (but I expect that it will come soon enough).

As for the second part, every country that participates in ESC is already presenting their country through their entries.

The thing i thought of, was an interview with Rade Vojvodic, the director of RCTG, who declares last years participation and said, that Monte Negro hevt to present itself on an international stage, whereas the "hihgh position in the competition with the aircondition" doesn't matter. (okay he doesn't really said it like this) So Monte Negro should be in future a regular participant.

^^ Ah, I remember what he said now too. Yes, he said that the goal will be to select entrants (and entries) that will present the country in a, culturally looking, best possible way. From this statement we see that there is a plan for long-term certain participation from the current management of RTCG.

However, the official confirmation didn't come yet. It will come in the future though.

Macedonia has confirmed?

Well, I just checked. Apparently according to Eurowizja.pl, but I haven't seen any other sources for it yet (but they do mention it as a confirmation by their broadcast). Oh well, I'll put them on the list for now and we'll see... I guess they'd enter anyways so.

Isn't it "F.Y.R. Macedonia" officially?

Yes, the official name of this country is Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia or just F.Y.R. Macedonia.

Depends on the source, 133 nations (a majority) officially recognizes it as Republic of Macedonia (or just simply Macedonia). This includes my own country, aswell as USA, UK, China, Russia, Brazil, India, Canada... (to name some influential countries). No offense, but I think the whole name dispute is quite silly and I think Greece do have more important issues to think about than this name.

Personally, I never use the official full formal names of any countries (in the case of Sweden that would be Kingdom of Sweden), so I don't find it necessarily in this case either. So whether one recognizes it as 'F.Y.R.' or just 'Republic of', it's still easier to just call it by its name without the formalities attached (because fairly we would have to attach the formalities to the other countries aswell then). I mean the formal name for Greece is Hellenic Republic, but I never seen anyone using that when speaking of Greece
