I don't know, how huge is the possibility he could again win this? :)

I really cross my fingers he won't....

Me too, but I am starting to think that he really can succed in his intention. He is wise when it comes to this, and charming too much. :) :( And his fans will vote for him, even if he sent 3 minuts of silence to Eurovision, and he has huge fanbase, especially in Eastern Europe countries.

Well, I hope the juries and most of the public will understand that this is a song contest... if a TV Shop jingle is all it takes to win and some "charm", then ESC has a serious problem.

I am his fan and I won't vote for him in any condition. With this entry however, maybe (even though i rarely vote in Eurovision cause TVR is greedy with SMS prices).

He indeed has big fanbases, especially in Poland, Romania, Russia and of course Belarus. :D I won't be so quick to judge that other fans of him will vote for him indefinitely. :p

Me too, hence why i want this fun song to be high! xcheer

The main problem, at least for me, is that many televoters, don't actually think about meanings and quality of the songs, at first, and this song is catchy as hell, it has huge mass appeal, if we look at catchiness. But in last few years we had quality winners, so I really hope that this year won't be exception. :) I am not a fan of this, but I am trying to find valid, objective reasons for its victory.

A winner doesn't need to be serious, I'm all for a catchy winner, but this song is just stupid in production, dated in sound, extremely generic melody and childish lyrics... I can't see a "valid objective reason" for something like this winning any form of musical contest in 2018, maybe in jESC.

If people want fun and catchy, I'd go for Israel which is far more original and interesting in composition and production or Cyprus which is a contemporary booty shaker with hit potential... but that's just my opinion.

Oh well, those...That's the case for every artist i guess, Benji for example has a ton of fangirls on IG too

Hahaha, I know, I just find all those fangirls annoying, because I sometimes think even if their idol killes someone, they would love him and defend him, more than their own family. Hahah, it looks funny for us, but that is so true.

I would too prefer Israel or Cyprus over Norway as a winner, tbh. Not that he can't win, but I like those songs more :D This year i am zen, everyone can win xx (except Italy, Hungary and Russia that can all burn in hell xkiss)

I agree with your opinion completely, here. But people love Alex, there is nothing we can do to stop them. :)

I like him too actually (although his songwriting skills are very banal), but this song is just very bad that's my problem... and if he'll get away with it just for being him... well...

Well, if Rybak wins Eurovision will survive!

Yes, and it will probably sound like crap next year and countries making effort this year would turn out to be all for nothing if a TV Shop jingle that might have worked in jESC will win in the end

Eh, 2018 didn't turn a borefest after Salvador won so no matter who wins, I am certain 2019 won't be super influenced by it xheya
