Wow I'm really liking this song on first listen, really catchy.

Although I had to check they weren't sending Lena for a third time....

Good song on first listen! Then again, so I said last year and I ended up hating this...

I like Ann's quirky voice and image!

6 points for now.

It's a really nice song. Not outstanding but good and really pleasant to listen to. It is in my top 10 atm, and we'll see how will it develop in the future. For now

Actually my favorite song was "Frozen Silence" by Fahrenhaidt. It is such a beautiful and most important outstanding song. However I'm so glad that Andres Kümmert has declined. Sending Ann Sophie to Vienna is (except Fahrenhaidt) the best choice.

I'm not glad that he declined, but I like this result a lot more.

Well he is a really good singer and his song is a good one as well but the point is that his song "Heart of Stone" isn't as unique as "Black Smoke". It's too bad that the German voters are not mindful of uniqueness (see Elaiza, Roman Lob & c.). So this is why I'm glad about his resignation.

Ann Sophie is not bad, I like her more than Elaiza. But my expectations are not too high. If she places better than Elaiza I am fine.

There is nothing special in the song, but it's just what might make it work in Vienna. Sometimes the simpler songs sounds much better compared to other crazy entries.

Her voice is one of a kind, the beat/instrumental is awesome and she is absolutely likeable. So all in one the song is very outstanding.

I like "Black Smoke" - though I have to admit that I fell in love with the USFÖ-rendition of "Jump the Gun", it's not letting me go.

But I'm really happy with Ann-Sophie - you guys can't imagine how thrilled my friends and I were when Andreas Kümmert stepped back

Too bad Fahrenhaidt's live-performance was ... not so good.

The Romanian song for Eurovision this year reminds me a lot of Mother Earth from Fahrenhaidt.

So everyone who wanted this song to represent Germany should be a bit satisfied with Voltaj. ;)

Ok... there are many differences but the song is at least build in a similar way. :p

I can see her winning, she has a little Lena vibe, maybe that's farfetch'd but I think Germany will score high this year.

After many comments it seems I'm the only one who liked Elaiza last year! :? I think they were talented and yes... their performance was not good on the stage of Copenaghen but unfortunately many singers falls on the Eurovision stage.

I'm glad they had a good success in Germany with their single and I hope their career will go on!

Mother Earth is way better imo

However Fahrenhaidt failed to perform well. We will defenitely not win. The only song that had the potential to be a winner was Frozen Silence. And the blew it...
