I really liked LaLaLa and The Righteous One. But I'm really glad we chose Glorious, because I really soooooooo hated LaBrassBanda with Nackert. I thought it was insane, that so many people voted for them, because what would other europeans think of german language? Most of the Germans couldn't understand themselves.. But Cascada did a good job there, I'm proud of my country. :)

What must they think after the choice of Cascada? Probably that it does not exist anymore... LOL.

Hmm now that many songs are known I do think that we have good chances to win this thing.
There is no "super-favourite" at the moment, no song that totally blows your mind. The same situation like 2011 when there was not really a "outstanding" song and the most mass-friendly one won ;) It will be an exciting voting and there is not going to be a run-away winner (unless one of the remaining countries will select a superb song).

:az: 2011 mass-friendly? xcrazy They won by cheating and and jury vote, it was so blatant.

Yes actually it was. ^^
at least more than the other songs that night ... (ok besides Sweden)
cheating ... yeah well I don't know.

Ben Ivory destroyed The Righteous One with the horrible live performance. Lalala is sos weet though :D
For me it would be either Betty or Cascada, so I'm happy.

I actually don't think we have really chances to win this (maybe some very little ones), but a Top5 Placement could be really possible :)

Glorious my butt. If this garbage wins the ESC, it will be the all-time low, thats my opinion.

Glorious is not bad at all, I quite like it, but I must say Craving and LaLaLa are on the top 5 of my most played songs in my phone right now.

The Cascada haters took their time finding this thread

Think I might place a little bet on their finishing position in the final - sadly, I'm not seeing a win (despite my best efforts), but I can easily see a top 5 finish especially with so many incredibly "meh" songs that fail to capture the attention upon first listen. For me, Glorious has instant appeal and lodges in your head immediately :)

I think the same as you. There's no way the juries will let a song like this win I think, but it can finish top 5.

That track was released under the alias of 2 Vibez - it was released around 2004, which is more or less the same time as Cascada started releasing singles (Bad Boy & Miracle were both released in 2004 for example).

Natalie also released a few songs under the aliases of Diamond (Reason, in 2005) and Siria (Endless Summer & I Will Believe It, also in 2005). The Siria tracks were eventually included on Cascada's album "Perfect Day", but Reason was never re-released under the Cascada alias. Here it is below (I still think it's one of her best performances):

Yeah, Reason is actually better than Sometimes. But the instrumental part of Sometimes is just so epic!
